Yes. Previous-generation, open-box, and refurbished BIO and BIOMAX units are available at reduced prices. They include the 3-year warranty but are final sale. Click here to see our latest open box deals.
What is the shipping ETA for my order?
Orders are shipped in the order received. Shipping dates are posted on the Shipping Information page. Customer service cannot provide estimates beyond what is listed there.
Do you work with distributors or wholesalers?
No. We self-distribute globally and do not work with distributors or wholesalers.
How do I cancel an order?
Email support@platinumtherapylights.com with your order number. If the item has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund to your original payment method. Note that shipping can occur before tracking updates are visible. Allow 1–3 business days for the refund to appear.
Do you ship to Canada, the EU, or other countries?
Yes. Orders to Canada ship from our California warehouse with duties prepaid. EU and UK orders ship from a German warehouse with free shipping. Other international orders ship from Southeast Asia. Lights operate on all voltages and are supplied with the appropriate plug type. Our warranty and policies apply worldwide.
What if my order arrives damaged or with missing items?
Contact customer service right away with a description or photo of the issue. We will resolve it promptly. For minor cosmetic damage unrelated to production, a partial refund may be offered.
What is optional shipping protection?
Optional shipping protection covers losses when a carrier delivers a package to the wrong address but marks it as delivered to your address. This protection can be declined at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Our lights come with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. For non-defective returns, you are responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. The 3-year warranty covers malfunctions, and claims may involve replacement parts or support. Full details are on the Warranty/Returns page.
