Do the BIO-Series lights work on the BIOMAX stands?
No. BIOMAX stands are only compatible with BIOMAX lights. BIO-Series lights do not fit.
What horizontal stand options do you have?
Two options are available: the BIOMAX Horizontal Stand, which holds one or two BIOMAX lights of the same width, and the BIOMAX XL Motorized Horizontal Stand, which includes a remote to raise or lower one to four lights of the same width. Stands are sold separately; multi-light packages include only the lights.
Can the horizontal stand be used vertically?
While some customers do this, the horizontal stand is not designed or guaranteed for vertical use. The base may interfere with comfort, and vertical use is at the user's risk.
How do I pair or sync my lights with the Professional Remote?
Turn on the light, then press Set, Remote, 1, and OK on the unit. On the remote, hold the side button and repeat Set, Remote, 1, OK. This procedure synchronizes each light to the professional remote.
How do I pair or sync my lights with the Simple Remote?
Turn on the light, then press Set, Remote, 1, and OK on the unit.
Please note, the Simple Remote runs all lights for 20 minutes at full power and does not include timer control.
If the lights do not respond, hold the remote's On button for 5 seconds until the indicator blinks, then press again to operate.
What is the difference between the BIOMAX and SaunaMAX Pro?
Temperature tolerance is the main distinction. BIOMAX lights operate at up to 130°F, while the SaunaMAX Pro is designed for high-heat, high-moisture environments and can operate at up to 150°F.
What’s the difference between the BIOMAX and BIOMAX Pro?
The BIOMAX Pro is our newest generation and features approximately 50% more light energy output, individual wavelength intensity control, adjustable pulsing, Smart Therapy Modes, and a more advanced remote control system. The original BIOMAX remains one of the highest performing red light therapy panels in the world and continues to be an excellent option.
Are BIOMAX Pro panels compatible with BIOMAX panels?
The BIOMAX PRO units are not compatible for direct digital connection with the original BIOMAX series. The BIOMAX PRO uses a different remote control system, so the two generations cannot be linked together for synchronized operation.However, both types of panels can still be used in the same setup and may be mounted on the same stands depending on configuration. They would simply need to be operated independently using their own controls.
Can I use BIOMAX and BIOMAX Pro stands interchangeably?
Some stands are compatible between the BIOMAX and BIOMAX Pro series, while others are not due to differences in panel design and mounting configurations. Please contact our support team with your exact setup so we can confirm compatibility.
